Unable to modify virtual agent Chat Header title font through css added in Theme style sheet

Hi,
I am trying to add some extra features to our 'virtual agent chat header title' through css .I tried using the below script in the Theme record style sheet of portal.But I am unable to do the modifications. can any one suggest how can I achieve this?we enable virtual agent through Agent chat.
.sn-cs-header .chat-title .recipient-title h1{
font-family: emoji;
font-size: 16px;
font-weight: 700;
line-height: 20px;
}

Hello,
Unfortunately, ServiceNow is not providing us an option to make changes through CSS for Virtual Agent. We can only make changes to the OOB branding options which is given by Service Now.
I have submitted an idea in the idea portal regarding this, please upvote the idea and let's hope they will come up with something in the future releases.
