How to display Info/Popup message after users successful login into the instance

we have to display info message and if user checks "Do not show this again", it should not show in the next login. else it should show in the next login.

We have tried the below links from community and it is not displaying the popup

@Sandeep Dutta, We have to display the message in native UI (ServiceNow instance UI as soon as the user logs in) and not in Service Portal.

Please let us know whether above script helps this requirement.

Yes, I also tried the link below, and it doesn't work. Many people ask for a designer's help to display the popup message, but it costs a lot for a work that is much simpler than it seems if you find the right steps, more precisely, the right team to help you make your popup.
