Hi Team,
We would like to identify how many users are actively using the Now Agent App in our production instance.
Is there a recommended method or report to check the number of unique users who have logged in through the Now Agent mobile application
I tried checking sys_user_session.list, but I am not sure which fields or filters can accurately show mobile/Now Agent app usage.
Could you please guide me on:
Where in the instance we can see mobile/Now Agent login activity
Is there a specific query, report, or dashboard for tracking Now Agent App users
Any best practices for identifying mobile app adoption

Hi @aparnaravi ,
did you checked the User Experience Analytics Dashboard?
We have by now no Now Agent in place, but you can find all user session(also historical data) for all applications there. If you use Now Agent it should be listed there too.

@aparnaravi SN has provided a OOB "User Experience Analytics" . This is available directly in left nav.
You can select now mobile or agent from drop down at top left.
