Hi all,

How to display only active incident and change records in the first reported by fields in problem form

how i can achieve this configuration using reference qualifier.

Hi @Community Alums 

 

OOTB, it show Task record, means, case, inc and change and more. To do filtration , need to  update the reference qual.
