How to edit a read-only flow action in servicenow?

Hello experts,

I have to edit some options in a flow action. I am thinking it is a custom action. I see the protection property set as read-only

Thus, I am unable to edit that flow action.

My question is, is there a possibility to edit that custom action by changing any properties. Please let me know this.

Check whether you are in same Application Scope as the custom action. 

If it is not editable even on same scope, then you can create a copy of the action and then edit the copy
