How to edit Published Survey

I have created one survey through Create Survey(Not the Legacy one). We can preview the design in the first screen, but after that when we have the survey in Draft state didn't find any way to preview.

So my first question is how to preview a survey which is in Draft state.

Then, if I make it published, I can view it through survey URL, but not able to edit questions after that, also not able to add a new question. How can we update any survey which is in Published state.

I have been learning lately how to create a survey in ServiceNow.   I have no problem editing and adding new questions to my survey after it is published.   In the main page of the survey, the questions are at the bottom of the page.   Sorry I cannot help you there.   Also, in draft state, I can preview my survey through the URL listed.   The URL is listed in the same place as a published survey.   Sorry I cannot help you there either.  

So I guess I am just puzzled by why you cannot do these tasks.   Again, sorry I am no help but thought I would respond.

Just to add to this, I could not manage to add "scale" type questions to a published survey...

They would not appear on the published survey even though the preview in the designer would show them.

Ended up re-creating the original survey to work around this, still investigating but appears to be an issue with the new surveys.
