How to edit Published Survey

I have created one survey through Create Survey(Not the Legacy one). We can preview the design in the first screen, but after that when we have the survey in Draft state didn't find any way to preview.

So my first question is how to preview a survey which is in Draft state.

Then, if I make it published, I can view it through survey URL, but not able to edit questions after that, also not able to add a new question. How can we update any survey which is in Published state.

This was fixed in eureka patch 9/10. I am also not sure with the exact one

We are on patch 11 and I still cannot edit published surveys. Can someone please advise the steps to try. I cannot believe to add a question I have to recreate the whole survey that's madness

Surveys has been very wonky for me. If I make any changes they do not reflect when I view the survey URL. After lots of trial and error, I took the "bad" survey and then reloaded the survey URL and my new changes were there. Not very useful if we want to open up Survey design to users/customers. I do not like the designer as it does not do what I need it to do (drag and drop is cool but the edit to the questions doesn't work well). We are on Fuji Patch 8... does it work better in new versions?!
