How to edit Published Survey

I have created one survey through Create Survey(Not the Legacy one). We can preview the design in the first screen, but after that when we have the survey in Draft state didn't find any way to preview.

So my first question is how to preview a survey which is in Draft state.

Then, if I make it published, I can view it through survey URL, but not able to edit questions after that, also not able to add a new question. How can we update any survey which is in Published state.

You should be able to edit a published survey by doing the following:

1. Navigate to Survey > Survey Designer.
2. Point to the menu icon in the survey header bar, and select Load Survey.
3. Select a survey from the list and modify it as needed.

Yes but after publishing, new questions added are not shown...

And since I also don't see a clone option for a Survey, adjusting published surveys is a nightmare...

Anyone any ideas?

Although it is not an ideal method, I did find a way that may resolve your trouble. You may want to give it a try. (It appears that the URL was not updating properly when when re-publishing)

Make a copy of of the survey. Rename the old survey. Save and publish the new survey using the ServiceNow Survey Designer. Assign it to the necessary user. All questions then appeared in the survey.

Hi Folk,

I have implemented a User survey using a Survey designer. But 2nd row it's not reflected after the end session.

What could be the reason?.
