How to edit Published Survey

I have created one survey through Create Survey(Not the Legacy one). We can preview the design in the first screen, but after that when we have the survey in Draft state didn't find any way to preview.
So my first question is how to preview a survey which is in Draft state.
Then, if I make it published, I can view it through survey URL, but not able to edit questions after that, also not able to add a new question. How can we update any survey which is in Published state.

Missed this question... I'm guessing it has something to do with the individual question configuration?

Hi Ayan!
Even I was facing this issue,
To make your changes start reflecting in url also, just submit the survey once after completing the changes.
Then it will reflect in url as well.
