Now, you need to open page in which you want to show these changes in Page Designer and remove OOTB and add your custom widget to make your changes visible in that page

Hi Ramesh,
You can go to Service Portal --> Widgets and update code. But, to modify OOTB widgets you first need to click on 'Clone Widget'.
Thanks and regards

- I cloned and make some some changes in HTML code and saved.
Then no changes in my portal widget according to my edited and cloned widget code. - How to reflect my cloned widget code in original widget.
- Actually my task is to hide or remove the comments displayed in service portal KB UI page.
- Once they saved in database, no need to show on UI.
