How to enable/disable a catalog item in service portal page? Please explain in detail with steps and all the possible ways.

Hello
1. Search for Maintain items on the left navigation panel as below.
2. Click on the 'maintain item' and you will see list of catalog items on the right side.
3. Open the catalog item you want to display/hide by search in the 'Name' column.
4. Open the catalog item and look at the 'Availability' field.
Desktop - Only visible on ServiceNow
Desktop and Mobile - Visible on both ServiceNow and Service portal.
Mobile - Visible only on Service portal.
Choose the options accordingly based on above.
Please hit correct based on impact of response.

The default (OOB) Service Portal has a catalog already in place organized by category. When you start Service Portal, click Order Something.
As you add catalog items to categories, they will appear in Service Portal automatically.
