How to enable mentions in a custom journal field.

For example: I have sending a confidential message to "abel tuter" so that message should be visible to that "abel tuter" only not all user if i imposanate to "abc" user that user should not see the message.

I don't believe that's feasible.
Why not use the Agent chat feature in workspace and 2 agents can connect with each other there?

are you saying if you enter @Abel this is my comment in that custom field, then only the comment should be displayed and the user mentioned should be removed?

The comments will be visible to all the users. You can't hide the visibility of comment only to the mentioned user.
