Hi All,

 

How to extract the fields on UI Builder Service operation Workspace (SOW) to excel sheet Like how we export records as in normal tables to excel sheet please help me

Hi @LeelanathRP,

 

To help you extract records from the Service Operations Workspace (SOW) into an Excel file, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Lists icon and select an existing list or create a new one.

  2. Open the More Actions menu (three dots) and select Personalize fields to add your required columns.

  1. Click the Export button, choose Excel as the file type and Download as the delivery method, then initiate the export.
