OOTB ServiceNow does not offer a Word export.

But you have two alternatives:

1. Use the Word plugin, which enables you to load existing articles into word or write new articles in Word and push them to ServiceNow: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-servicenow-platform/page/product/knowledge-management/concep...
