We are having some challenges with the formatting of Knowledge Articles. For instance, we had an employee draft a large article with 13 numbered topics each with 6 to 15 bullet points underneath. Unfortunately, the formatting was all messed up when he tried to copy it into the Knowledge Article. There is really no way to correct it. The article is a mess. Does anyone have a best practice for dealing with these challenges around formatting for Knowledge Articles?
