How to fill the predefined pdf template with record producer variables and attach it to target recor

I am having a record producer with few variables configured in it. After user submitting the record producer, I have a requirement to fill the predefined template(pdf) with record producers variables , generate the pdf and attach it to record producer target record and send it as email to user.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar  Thanks for the reponse. Document Template concept is helping to create a pdf. But there is a change in requirement. Can we create a word document instead of pdf. I need to generate a word document.
