Hello,
please, can you help me with this issue?
We have multiple CHG tickets (>500) when each of these tickets contains min 2 CTASK items.
When I tried to do a filter on CTASK it only made filtering on CTASK status within the CHG ticket but not for multiple tickets.
We need to get simple list of CTASK with open status, no matter to which CHG ticket they belong...
Is there any way how to do that? Filtering for CTASK status in multiple CHG tickets.
Thank you for your help and best regards.

If you go to the table Change Task [change_task] you will see all change tasks. Here you could apply a filter where the CTASK is active and the Change Request is active. This would give you all open CTASK with an open Change.

Hello Eric,
thank you for provided information and guide.
Unfortunately this doesn't work for us as we don't have the Change task Fields items available in the drop down menu as shown in your picture.
We have just list of CHG tickets (pic1) from which we would like to filter out a list of CTASK records with Open status as you can see in the (pic2 - this is what you see when you open the CHG ticket). The situation on the pic you provided is for us the desired result to have a simple list of the CTASK with Open state/status.
Thank you & BR
Martin

In picture 1, you are looking at the Change Request table vs Change Task table. In Picture 2, that will auto filter to the change request in question.
In the application navigator (left side with all the links to the different applications, type this in without the quotes "change_task.list"
That will open the change_task table and you will be able to apply the filter.
