Hello,
please, can you help me with this issue?
We have multiple CHG tickets (>500) when each of these tickets contains min 2 CTASK items.
When I tried to do a filter on CTASK it only made filtering on CTASK status within the CHG ticket but not for multiple tickets.
We need to get simple list of CTASK with open status, no matter to which CHG ticket they belong...
Is there any way how to do that? Filtering for CTASK status in multiple CHG tickets.
Thank you for your help and best regards.

Great news! BTW, quick trick on pic 2, if you right click on the "Change request = CHG0039887" in the related list of Change Tasks, select open in new window, this will bring you to that specific table in question. You can easily adjust the filter from here. This is a great way to get to related list tables without knowing the name of the table / missing applicaiton modules.
Cheers and hoping you have a great 2023.

Hi Eric,
please can you advice / help with this?
I used your magic command to show list of opened CTASKS, than I did some other filtering on it and now I'm trying to save it. When I click on Save button it allows me to enter the name of the filter into Save As, Visible to has the only option Me, and button Save. When I click on that it seems it is saved, but than I'm not able to find under the saved name in the Filter Navigator. Am I doing something wrong or is this because some config or our SNOW? Thank you for your help & BR

Sorry for the delay @kremil .
Once you save the filter, if you click the hamburger icon and pick filters, do you see the name there?
If you apply the filter and select the hamburger icon / create favorite, this will actually add a link to your Favorites menu which is pretty handy.
