How to fix "Value of field record is not a GlideRecord" error log in flow designer

In case of the messages that fail, does the incoming e-mail contain any reference to a case number or a message reference, in the subject line or the body?

Yes, we have reference with Subject line and email water_mark.

Can you open the e-mail record and take a screen-shot of the inbound logs and post those here? I mean if the water mark is in the mail and the task no. is in the subject line, it is highly unusual that the system does not associate the incoming mail with a record. Unless the record is in fact in another table. The logs should tell that:

- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Mute
- Subscribe to RSS Feed

Another thing to check is whether the system recognizes the reply as a reply based on the prefix in the subject line. The logs should clearly show whether an incoming mail has been classified as new (there's gonna be no record in the Flow) or reply (there's gonna be a record in the Flow).
