How to flag a Knowledge article from related search results in Incident

I am trying to add a "Flag article" button that is opened from the "related search results" in Incident. What is the preferred way to do this.

In the attached images, I would like to add "Flag article" button next to "This helped" button.

Please let me know what modifications should be done for this.

Hi @Vishnupriya15 ,

You can add a related list "Attached to Task" to your knowledge base article view to achieve that. In that related list you will find the "Edit" button to related existing task. However technically you can add all task to a knowledge article so you may have to filter.

Hi,

My actual issue was to show Flag article button is contextual search of knowledge articles.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Incident form

scroll to the middle of the form to related search and open any knowledge article

Flag article button is missing near the This helped button

Looking to do the same. It only seems to work from the regular search from short description. once related search is enabled the form does not have the flag option when viewing the article
