I would like to get sys_id of 100 incident records. Is there a table or any other way to get the list of sys_id for records

Just export the records to XML-->open the XML with excel

I would like to know incident,problem,change these table having the sys_id .if it is having the sys id how would i know it .

can you use this method for other tables like change , cmdb_ci and problem . Or is this only available for incident table?
