Hi Experts,
Good Day
we have Lost an application in Sub-Prod Instance after Clone with prod. we have done this clone 1 month ago .
How can i get this in my instance. please suggest.

Hi Sheetal,
you can check with ServiceNow and they would have the backup of the instance and they can restore it to that

Hi sheetal,
Reinstall the app through the downloads page, you are trying to edit on the incorrect instance.
If you look on the "sys_app" table, do you see an entry for your app? Whatever instance has the app entry is the one you can open Studio and edit the app on. If none of your instances have a record for it, then you will want to contact SN Support.

Hi Krishna ,
i have contacted to Service now Support to retrieve my Application But unfortunately i have cloned my instance more than one month ago .Hence can't retrieve it .
