How to hide new button in SOW for incident

Hi,

I have a requirement in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) to hide the New button from the Child Incidents related records list when the parent Incident is in the Resolved or Closed state.

I located the Declarative Action Assignment record for the New action:

/sys_declarative_action_assignment.do?sys_id=fc6a887c53713010ae50ddeeff7b1288

However, I do not see an option to add a condition that would control the visibility of the button based on the parent Incident's state.

Could anyone advise the recommended approach in SOW to conditionally hide the New button when the parent Incident is in the Resolved or Closed state?

Screenshot attached for reference.

Thanks in advance 🙂

This shows you how to hide the "New" button for specific tables on all Configurable Workspace lists. This is based on KB0830000, which was for Agent Workspace, updated to work with declarative actions on a Configurable (UXF) Workspace.

Hi @Mk_snow

Check This KB: KB1710331 How to Remove the "New" Button from Related List.
