How to highlight or change colour of the ticket number in survey questions page

Need to highlight the ticket number for incident and for RITM on the survey question page and this is also need to visible in portal view too.

You need to customize the (take-survey) widget if you want the ticket number (header) color to be customized.

Yes I tried to customize the ticket number color in the take-survey widget but failed to change that. Could please help me where and What I need to change in the code.

I have changed the properties as docs still the changes are not reflected even I have cleared browser's cache.
