How to import attachments from one instance to another instance?

I need to import 1 attachment from prod to dev.(Need to have same sys id)

I tried using export xml and import xml.

It didn't work.

Please guide me how to achieve this,

Hi,

I have done the same.

Export the xml of a record.

And imported in other instance using import xml.

But I am getting this once i clicked on that record.

Hi Bharath,

May be the attachment is actually corrupted, why not you try to do the same for other attachment record and see if issue persist.

Hi,

Its happening same for all the attachments which are like images.
