Hey Matt,

Honestly, I'd just look into getting the app from the SN store for BeyondTrust (new name for Bomgar). It's available here, and the integration requirement/dependencies/installation guide are also there

Pick up a OOB app from store... good to not reinvent the wheel... upgrades too.
