We have versioning active in our Knowledge database, and it appears when you update the KB the URL changes.
I have a requirement to make like "table of contents" document which would need to link to other various articles, but would need to then track all the KB articles that have a link to 1 KB if I update it.
Is there an easier way to do this? I believe I can turn off versioning and use Audit History tab on a KB to see some of the field changes that have been made, but not sure what all else I might be missing then?
