Hi kkswamy
Difference between them can be understand by their terms as
Cloned widget-
Clone a widget. To modify a base system widget, clone the widget and then edit the clone. Only users comfortable working with HTML, client and server scripts, and CSS should make changes to a widget. Note: Widgets are read only so you can benefit from future updates. Clone a widget to make changes.
Custom widget-
Widgets included with Service Portal can be customized to suit your own needs or as a basic code sample for you to refer to as you are building your own widget
OOB Widget-
These are the set of widget already given by servicenow oob in order to understand to widget concept and how to create a widget
These are the only difference, Hope this will help you
Please markmy answer correct and helpful,If this helps you in any way
Thanks in advance
