How to make a read only child incidents ?

Scenario : Child incident always showing read only.

Hi @Ramanjaneyuv,

 

Do you want all child incidents to be always read only for all users? 

You can create an ACL to achieve this. In the ACL condition you can use "Parent_incident is not empty" and in script just return the answer as false. Let me know if you need any further help.
