How to make a survey on custom table?

Hi All,

I want to make a survey on   a custom table with below inputs.

How was your overall experience? 1-10

How would you rate our performance? Scoring 1-10

What, if anything would you like to change about our process?

Comment Box.

Hi Karthik,

The process is similar to creation of a survey for any OOB table. You can follow the below steps to achieve your requirement:

1) Go to Survey > Legacy Survey > Masters and click New.

2) Create a new Survey with your required questions.

3) Go to Survey > Survey Conditions and create a new Condition set specifying things like when you would like to send this survey out, to whom do you want to send this survey along with the table on which you need it to trigger from.

How to send to the user and how it will work ?

Hi Karthik,

To send it out to users, you can use the User field on the Survey Conditions form and specify to whom you need to send it out, e.g., a Caller on a ticket or an Assigned To or some other User field from the form.

I have configured the user field(opened by ).

Now i was struck how to send this survey to opened by user .

Can you please explain me to ful-fill this.
