How to make the Short Description field present possible knowledge articles?

Is someone able to tell me how I can make the the details entered into the Short Description field when logging an incident via the Service Portal display possible knowledge articles solutions that may assist the user to solve the issue themselves?

The widget that you mentioned is already in Jakarta (Doesn't have to be downloaded from the KB page). It should be appended to the macro variable that is created for the contextual search. This really was helpful. Thank you.

No sorry I didn't. I spoke to the partner who completed our initial install and they said that the change needs to be made on the wiget in the service portal. I haven't had any more time to focus on it just now.
