Addition values under state field in alm_asset form

Hi Team , I would like to understand the reason for sudden appearance of two additional values (Consumed ,Build)  in the alm_asset form under state field .I could not figure out how it started to appear all of a sudden .Any idea on to figure this out...

On-call sync with outlook

Hi  I'm not sure if this is the right forum to be asking this but how do I synch up an oncall schedule with an outlook group calendar? I want my group to be able to see the oncall schedule from outlook essentially.
