I've got a requirement where need to modify/add text to field "Additional comments" on Sctask.
I have tried changing the dictionary, but it is affecting the RITM additional comments
"Change to be done ''Additional comments (customer visible)" need to be added on Sctask.
how can i achieve it without disturbing the RITM additional changes and other tables.

Did you right click on the field and select configure dictionary? If yes then good now next step is when you do so you will end up landing on task table entry now scroll to bottom where you will see Label related list first see if anything for sc_task table any entry present if yes edit the record by updating Label field value. If record not present create new entry for sc_task table give label name as required and we are good with your requirement.

I have tried your solution, but it does not work for me, it has created a new journal entry and visible two times (highlighted in red)
we want to add (customer visible) wording for the yellow highlighted field without disturbing the RITM comments
