Hello Community Friends,
I am able to see the configurations made to the various Gauges and Reports in my update set, but I dont find the HomePage (Portal Page) as such in the current update set. Could someone help me understand how to move the changes made to a HomePage to another environment/instance ?
The HomePages in conext are 'ITIL HomePage' and 'Change Overview' pages. Should it be exported into a Configuration XML and import into the target instance ?
Thankss,
Hari

Hi Hari,
You need to do an "Unload portal page" to make it part of the update set.
Add a homepage to an update set and application

Hi Laukik, can you clarify? Service Portal pages or Classic UI home page?
This dicussion has the answer on home pages on the classic UI. Service Portal portal pages are captured in update sets and scoped app repo files.

Hi Chuck,
Great, thanks for your quick response. The name "Unload portal page" looks little scary, does it do anything apart from just tagging itself to an Update Set ? The changes made to the page in the current instance should continue as it was right ?
