How to prevent users from disabling system notifications under Preferences->notifications

Could anyone please help me how to send notifications to users even if system notification is disabled under user preferences in UTAH Version.

What do you mean with if we disabled the system notifications ?

Force a notification to be sent (servicenow.com)

Hi @Venkat141 

 

If Notification is disabled by particular user then email sent by instance will not be delivered.

It's better to ask them to enable , that's what I think is workaround.

But why you want to force it to users. @Venkat141 It is user experience by forcing it you are making it bad.
