Hi experts,
I have an record producer when submitted creates a customer case, when this case is created an Incident is created using BR where this customer case is the parent.
Now, I have an requirement to add a Free text field in the record producer, this field gets Email address as inputs, it can have multiple email addresses separated by comma.
I want to push these email address to the INCIDENT's watchlist as USERS.
How can I achieve this?
