How to put a restriction for planned start date and current date have 2 business days as lead time

Hi,
I need a help for one of my requirement where I need to check if selected planned start date is 2 business days as lead time from current date and if its less than 2 business days then need to make a field mandatory in a form for justification.

Can someone please help me with above requirement how to achieve it.

Thanks for your response @Dr Atul G- LNG. I am able to achieve the functionality via client script but how we can exclude weekends for this validation. Any suggestion
