Hello,
I am looking for a way to allow fulfillers to "flag" problematic sc tasks. I dont know if there are any OOB ways to do this or not, but i wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on the best way to do this.
They just want to be able to somehow flag an sc task in a list if they think will need extra attention.
Thanks

Problematic sc_task
1) I think an sc_task would be problematic to someone if it is wrongly assigned to a group and SLA calculation is going on.
2) Sc_Task could be problematic if a high priority task is assigned but no one looked onto it
3) Or an sc_Task can be problematic if the task is supposed to be seen by only the intended team n not anyone else.
I think these are some of the valid cases where sc_task would become problematic . In first and second cases you can set an
onCHange client script for the change of assignemnt grp or priority. and for the third case you can use business rule to hide it and make it avaialable to only members of the team to which it is assigned to
Mark my ANSWER as CORRECT n also HELPFUL if it works of ryou .

what i can suggest is whenever user request for a particular catalog item, they must be filling up certain detail. what you can do is give them a flag on catalog item itself as Problematic/Urgent/high priority flag.
Create a new catalog variable for the same or edit an existing variable set to add this flag on catalog item/record producer.
So now you can map this with flag with request/requested item/task , this way you can either configure notification/ give popup /alert window as problematic task/or high priority task.
I hope i am making sense here.
If this resolves your query, please mark my comments as correct and helpful .

Hi Bruler1230
Decide on what conditions your business defines as problematic then use a style to set a little icon by the task number, or colour a field etc.
