When you see the role assigned to the User ID
Is there a way to tell which group the ServiceNow role was assigned to or personally assigned?

Hello,
as ankur said you can directly visit group and check group members else from user profile in roles related list
Add the Inheritance Map field to the Roles related list on the user record... Click the link on any row. It will tell you if the role was inherited from a group and a map to which roles.

Hi,
you want to know if role was assigned directly to user or was assigned since user was part of some group?
