How to refresh List View

How do I refresh the List view , every time I need to refresh manually in order to see the changes/updates by clicking 'Refresh List'.

tried all community answers and servicenow guru but no luck.

Is it to be done from Client script or BR ?

Anyone can help please.

I have oncell edit client script, but if I give anything for refresh, it locks out and no action untill i click on the 'CROSS' mark.

I have the same issue when trying that code.

It locks up and you have to hit the X.
