How to Refresh Service Operations Workspace Homepage

Hello Guys,

In the Service Desk Landing Page there are some donuts indicators and when you click in them some cards below are updated / refreshed. I found a property to automatic refresh the donuts indicators but the list / cards below are only refresh if the user click in the indicators. Is there anyway to automatic refresh the list when the indicators are refreshed?

 

I'm talking about this page instance.service-now.com/now/sow/home

I am facing the same problem.How did you manage to update the donuts indicators automatically? With which property?

So this actually only refreshes after set interval if your not on the page, Click on thelittle info icon and it explains this,  I've been looking around for this same solution as we want the incident tables to auto refresh as well so our techs know when there are new tickets
