How to remove Request automatically approved for total price <= $1000 from Reqeust

Whenever I create a new request for service catalog automatically it's updating the work notes . Is there a way to deactivate this.  I have already tried deactivating a rule under system policy but it's not working.

Resolution

Modify the activity automatic approval which sets the comments field to a certain value based on conditions.

I.e.: comments=Request automatically approved for total price <= $1000^EQ

If this is not the same workflow for you, you can search wf_activity_list table for any record that has Activity Definition=Set values, then search for the comment field getting updated.

I found this under workflow activity but we don't have an option to deactivate , save or update this record

Yes , this is the default workflow attached and it's not editable when I tried to deactivate this , my original flow designer which I attached under process engine stopped working
