@NeethuB You can set the property "glide.knowman.enable_km_subscription" to false to disable knowledge subscription.

Hi @NeethuB 
Update the below system property value as false to disable the Subscription feature for Knowledge management.

System property: glide.knowman.enable_km_subscription

it's handled via system property, just disable that
