How to renew a X.509 Certificate

One of my colleagues received a message of :

 

"Your ServiceNow X.509 certificate is about to expire in 16 days"

 

When I checked which certificates were expiring it was our Login Certificate and our SSO Decryption Certificate.

 

My question is how do I get these certificates? Is it something I need from ServiceNow?
