Major Incident workbench: Communication tab template modify

Hi Team,

 

I am looking for a solution where under Major Incident workbench : communication , there are OOTB 3 templates are given. 

If the MI Manager sends out the first communication -Initiate Major incident communication, I have created a template to be used where MI manager can fill all the details.

Now, i want the MI manager can use 2nd plan which is - update major incident communication using the same filled template sent in first communication.

My Challenge that this is not being copied to 2nd communication plan in composing the email.

 

 

Please advise.

Hello,

Once you have the second task in the plan created, you need to then edit the IC Task and add channel (email if you want to use the email template) - then edit the channel and select required template.   Now your single plan should run with first task using Initiate Major incident communication and then second task using your template.
