How to report all incidents that had an outage record end time in the last 24hrs.

Since much of our environment is outsourced, we actually get service restoration times reported back to us by vendors hours after service is actually restored.   Especially where the service was in a country where it was off hours for the local office when service was restored.   Therefore the time we change the STATE of a ticket to resolved is not reflective of the actual restore time.

I want to be able to run a report showing all incidents we resolved in the last 24hrs, and the only place we accurately record that time is in the outage records (OUTAGE END) for the CI's.   Is there a way I could run a report that show all incident numbers that had outage record end times in the last 24hours?   (We do not use the actual end filed in our forms)

Hi you can try this article Using Task Outage - ServiceNow Wiki

Yes, we can already create the outage records and have them available on the incident form that will show the outage Begin and Outage end time when we enter an outage record.   However for reporting I do not see the "outage End" field to report off of.   I only see "outage Begin" for some reason.

Hi Oscar,

Are you not seeing the field when you go to create a new report on Incident, or are you not seeing the field when you are looking at the Incident form?

I am not seeing the field when I create a report against the incident table.   I have also tried the incident metric table, and the Task table.
