How to reset SLA when Assignment group changed?

Hi ,

 

I am new to Service Now. My requirement is when the Assignment Group is changed automatically SLA restart.Please help me.

Hello Pavan,

You can use 'Reset Condition' option in SLA Definition for this purpose.

make sure the reset conditions are not conflicting OR duplicating with the start / pause / stop conditions.
