HI Team,
We have a requirement to provide ITIL role to groups but its causing the group to modify the User and CI record because of an OOTB ACL.
Due to some reasons we cannot remove the ITIL role, is there a way we can restrict the modification of User and CI record .ie either by creating new role with some ACL and also give that role to the group along with ITIL?
Can you please suggest something better ?

Hi @Community Alums
You can try with custom role and create the ACL.
