How do we allow the search feature to search text in attachments in incidents and change?
We have the plugin enabled (as mentioned from the wiki. I think the plugin was enabled by default).
I set the incident table's (collection) attribute already had attachment_index=true in it.
I added an attachment (.txt) with a specific search phrase and through the search box it doesn't find it. Has anyone been able to get this to work?
Thank you

You've done everything right, sounds like. Prob'ly best to open an Incident w/ Technical Support on this one.
Assuming you waited the requisite 30-ish seconds for the revised record to be re-indexed.

I have also tried to get this working on our own Aspen instance and on one of the demo instances running Berlin. I have been completely unsuccessful in searching any document type when attached to a Managed Document. Now with Tech Support.

I have found my mistake and now have attachment_index=true on the dms_document_revision table only and this works - however Aspen and Berlin seem to behave differently with Berlin Global Search settings being mor accomodating and permitting multiple table searches - Aspen seems to get grumpy about this and produces confusing search results.
