Hi there,

Didn't you had yesterday a similar question, about sending an email to the manager of the caller?

I responded that you can achieve this by dotwalking to the manager. What's unclear on this? Where do you need help with?

Thanks for your response, i tried but it's not coming, i am sharing below screen short . like this ${callier_id.manager} but when click manager it's going another manager... Please help me on this , or i am going wrong way or not?

A bit weird, I did get a response by email, though you deleted it?

Anyway: your image shows you are selecting the Manager of the Manager. So yes, you would get something different, as you already are mentioning yourself. Just select the Manager, and don't drill down / dotwalk further, so not again to the next dotwalked Manager > that will then be the Manager of the Manager, which you don't want.
